Pro-Tip #15

When making fried eggs, crack them into a bowl first, then pour them into the pan. This makes a more even distribution of the egg white, making it a hell of a lot easier when it comes time to flip them. Also, if you like your eggs over easy, consider covering the pan during cooking. Doing so will cook the outer layer of the yolk while leaving it runny inside, making it less likely to break during flipping.
